SCOTT FINDLEY

Mr. Scott Findley brings 20 years of in‑depth experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Business Process Improvement, and standardization disciplines to American Cyber. He is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) through the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Throughout his career, he has led numerous programs that significantly improved the efficiency and quality of business processes and procedures across private industry as well as military and civilian Government organizations.

Mr. Findley began his career in the management improvement field as a quality assurance representative, quickly establishing customer improvement programs, quality assurance visits, a Project Management Office (PMO), and a Change Control Board (CCB) for various organizations. His experience in QA enabled him to identify and implement continual improvement projects and state‑of‑the‑art standards designed to enhance results and maximize efficiencies.

He has held increasingly responsible positions, ultimately serving as a Quality Assurance Manager for clients such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Pentagon’s Joint Service Provider. With extensive experience in standardization and comprehensive knowledge in Information Technology, Mr. Findley has managed multiple projects in which private industry organizations achieved CMMI and ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 accreditations.
