Robert Poston serves as Proposal Manager at American Cyber, where he has supported the company's growth and operational excellence since joining the team in 2022. In his role, Robert oversees the proposal development process, working closely with technical, operational, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality, compliant responses for federal customers. Beyond proposal management, Robert collaborates with the Program Management Office (PMO) to manage the company's business development pipeline, coordinate opportunity tracking, and support strategic growth initiatives. He also plays a key role in maintaining organizational processes and quality standards, including supporting ISO compliance and audit activities.
