Ms. Lois Session has decades of experience and expertise in directing all Human Resource activities in small and mid-size companies, providing expert guidance on recruiting, compensation, benefits, diversity, and ethics. Ms. Session is highly skilled at developing and implementing personnel programs for employees and contract clients. She has standardized HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and employee selection and evaluation processes to minimize employee turnover, maximize employee career development, and streamline corporate processes and policies to control overhead costs. Her experience extends to negotiating and managing personnel service contracts—including rates and fees—with subcontractors and contract employees, and evaluating and optimizing employee compensation and benefit packages. Ms. Session is experienced with ISO quality management processes and information security management processes, as well as Export Control and ITAR compliance for personnel serving in overseas capacities. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
