LAURIE FREEMAN

Ms. Laurie Freeman comes to American Cyber after serving as Chief Operating Officer for Lore Systems, an enterprise information technology engineering firm headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland. Ms. Freeman’s business and leadership experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, and third largest individual shareholder, of CyberRep, Inc., one of the largest nationwide privately-held customer care organizations. She ran operations at the company’s three Florida and California call centers and held responsibility for over $30 million in revenue and more than 600 employees. She was also heavily involved in program implementation and client relations departments. Ms. Freeman was a key member in the executive leadership team that built the company to 2,300 employees in seven call centers across the USA, and led it through an acquisition by Affiliated Computer Services. Ms. Freeman has been an active board member of Maryland’s Chamber of Commerce and George Mason University’s (GMU) Business Alliance. She was a frequent volunteer as a mentor/coach for portfolio companies on behalf of the Washington, D.C. Technology Council and GMU Business Alliance. Ms. Freeman has been recognized for her leadership as a SmartCEO Brava Award Winner in 2016, and a finalist in the Women in Technology (WIT) Leadership Awards in 2010.
