AMY MARTIN

Ms. Amy Martin has over 20 years of broad business experience, working for a variety of large and small technology and construction companies. She began her career working in the contracts and legal arena, which later expanded into multiple areas of business including accounting, finance, operations and human resources where she routinely streamlined business processes and implemented new procedures to maximize efficiencies. Her financial expertise includes managing receivables and payables, bookkeeping, financial forecasts, maintaining banking relationships and financial ratio compliance, contract and proposal pricing, and payroll activities. In the human resources area, she hired and trained hundreds of employees, created employee handbooks and corporate policy and procedure manuals, and implemented employee retention programs which significantly improved turnover rates and reduced personnel costs. Ms. Martin’s operational experience includes ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing internal corporate audits regarding business functions, quality, and information security as necessary for International Standards Organization certifications. Ms. Martin’s experience also extends to overseas business operations where she manages Export Control, ITAR and Tax Compliance requirements associated with American Cyber’s business licenses to operate in other countries and states. Ms. Martin, a key member of the executive staff, has been recognized as Small Private Company CFO of the Year by Virginia Business for being directly responsible for our company’s extraordinary 800 percent revenue growth over the past 4 years.
