System Architect (2) Positions

Position Overview
The System Architect provides enterprise architecture leadership, modernization design, scalability planning, and tenant-level governance guidance across the M365 ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, AvePoint, and Copilot).
Key Responsibilities
Design modernization approaches and scalable architectures aligned to tenant governance.
Provide architecture guidance across M365 services and supporting tools (including Power Platform and AvePoint).
Define integration patterns and implementation standards supporting secure, supportable outcomes.
Participate in design reviews, documentation, and technical decision support for delivery teams.
Support knowledge transfer and architectural continuity across workstreams.
Required Experience
Minimum of five year’s experience in providing enterprise architecture support for Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience guiding governance-aligned implementations and modernization planning.
Strong documentation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience with secure-by-design and governance frameworks
Certifications / Qualifications
Microsoft architecture/engineering certifications (preferred).
