Position Overview
The Senior IT Technician provides advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and sustainment across M365 workloads to maintain reliability and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced operational support and troubleshooting across M365 workloads in a ticketed/queue-based environment.
Diagnose issues, document resolutions, and coordinate escalations with engineering and architecture resources.
Execute configuration and sustainment activities aligned with governance and change controls.
Support service performance through proactive investigation and corrective actions.
Required Experience
Minimum of four years of strong experience in supporting enterprise M365 operations across multiple workloads.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience working structured ticket queues.
Certifications / Qualifications
Microsoft 365 administrator certifications (preferred).
Security+ required
