Position Overview

The Senior IT Technician provides advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and sustainment across M365 workloads to maintain reliability and service continuity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced operational support and troubleshooting across M365 workloads in a ticketed/queue-based environment.

  • Diagnose issues, document resolutions, and coordinate escalations with engineering and architecture resources.

  • Execute configuration and sustainment activities aligned with governance and change controls.

  • Support service performance through proactive investigation and corrective actions.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of four years of strong experience in supporting enterprise M365 operations across multiple workloads.

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience working structured ticket queues.

Certifications / Qualifications

Microsoft 365 administrator certifications (preferred).

Security+ required
