American Cyber Inc. is looking for a Data Scientist Analyst to support our government customer at Ft. Belvoir, VA. We are seeking a highly motivated and professional to support PEO EIS HQs. At this time, the position will be located on-site two days a week and telework three days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides technical support in the evaluation of prime object names, data elements, and other objects.

- Evaluates proposed objects and their attributes.

-Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.

- Ensures that proposed object definitions are clear, concise, technically correct, and that they represent singular concepts.

- Ensures that the values of object attributes and domains are accurate and correct.

Ability to communicate complex data science concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ensures that the proposed objects are consistent with data and process models.

- Creates and maintains data dictionary

- Apply data science and machine learning techniques for end-to-end development and deployment of data-driven insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

DoD Secret Clearance

• Bachelor's degree with a major in one of the following: Statistics, Mathmatics, Computer Science, or Economics is required.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the following in DoD - Army - preferred

•  Demonstrated experience manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate reporting/products.

Regular SQL use for querying data.

•  Demonstrated experience manipulating high-volume structured and unstructured data to perform analysis and generate reporting/products.

Experience programming with at least one language.

• Use of statistical software (e.g., R, Python)

• Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization platform)

Data Mining experience.

Salary Range:

$115,000-$130,000
