American Cyber and CACI were selected for the prestigious Nunn-Perry Award for 2016, the highest award a company can achieve in the DoD Mentor-Protégé program. This award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, acknowledges the successes achieved through mentor-protégé partnerships and teamwork.

The DoD Mentor-Protégé program focuses on partnering large-company mentors with small businesses enabling them to successfully compete for prime contracts and subcontracts. Protégés go through a rigorous selection process to ensure that companies have the potential to provide state-of-the-art and exceptional service to DoD. This award recognizes those select companies who have excelled in achieving technical developments, cost efficiencies and increased business opportunities through the program.
